The Witness
Space delivered the visual effects for The Witness, a three-part limited drama series now streaming on Netflix.
Based on true events, the series tells the story of the murder of Rachel Nickell on Wimbledon Common in 1992, witnessed by her two-year-old son, and her partner’s fight to protect him amid a deeply flawed police investigation.
Written by Rob Williams and starring Jordan Bolger, Max Fincham and Neil Maskell, it is an intimate, emotionally powerful piece of British drama that has already landed in Netflix’s trending titles since its release on 4th June.
Space’s visual effects team supported the production across all three episodes, helping to recreate the period authenticity and atmosphere central to the storytelling. Further details of the work, including key sequences and creative highlights, will be published here shortly.
