The Devil’s Hour season 2 sees Lucy (Raine) and Gideon (Capaldi) forming an uneasy alliance in order to prevent a recurring tragedy and hunt down an elusive monster.

We helped destroy a storefront set with enhanced explosions, and CGI set extension for the devastated interior. We also transplanted the whole set from the studio carpark to a busy high street. Throughout the series we supplied subtle de-aging, phone and computer screen replacements, and provided all gunshot effects as VFX elements over non-firing weapons. In one key scene we had to give the impression of a whole building appearing out of nowhere. This seamless shot was planned like a magic act with collaboration between multiple departments to create a startling moment with the utmost subtlety and authenticity.
